Eagles Creek Aviation Estate was established many years ago, by property developer and pilot, Armand Greyvensteyn. He had a vision to develop an exclusive upmarket aviation estate. It had to be centrally situated and easily accessible from both Pretoria and Johannesburg. It took 7 years to find and secure a property that he considered to be suitable. This property was purchased in 2001 and the process of obtaining airfield rights was initiated.
In 2011 the rights were granted to develop the airfield. Armand’s vision was in progress and Eagle’s Creek Aviation Estate was officially established. Work commenced on Phase 1 towards the end of 2011. Great progress was made as the Eagle’s Creek team worked to fulfill the vision. As anticipated, the demand has been phenomenal and within a short time frame the 48 hangars, were almost instantly sold out.
